HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders are shipped via USPS. When your order ships you will get a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Each piece is handmade with great attention to detail and packaged to perfection. Please allow 5-10 weekdays for processing. Please note that during sales and holidays processing time may be longer.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY JEWELRY GETS DAMAGED?
We will repair your damaged jewelry free of charge within 30 days of purchase date. After that time we will repair/replace damaged jewelry for a $10 fee. Please email wrappedbysav@gmail.com for more information.
CAN I RETURN MY JEWELRY?
We do not accept returns but we will accept an exchange of UNWORN jewelry within 5 days of order delivery. Please contact wrappedbysav@gmail.com.
CAN WE COLLABORATE?
We love to collaborate with bloggers and influencers. If you have a large online following and are interested in a collaboration please email wrappedbysav@gmail.com with your collaboration ideas and we will contact you if we think you would be a good fit for our brand.
HOW DO I BOOK A TRUNK SHOW?
We absolutely love traveling for pop-ups, markets and trunk shows. We have participated in trunk shows at sororities, boutiques and charity events. If you would like to have us at your next event please email wrappedbysav@gmail.com with possible dates and location. We look forward to working with you!
